“I see,” She said. “This is a lot stranger than I imagined,” she said. “How do I know this isn’t some sort of trick?”
“It’s not hard. If you try, you can feel my intent in this place. I think it’s why this exists, to let you really know what you are in for.”
Andrea closed her eyes for a moment then opened them. “I can feel it. This is trippy. So you really do want to help.” Her eyes drifted down toward my crotch. “And other stuff.”
“I’m sorry, it’s just that you’re as hot as hell. How could I not want to do that?” I blurted out.
Andrea laughed. “Don’t be sorry. I’m flattered that a handsome and powerful man wants me. It’s rare for me to meet a man that is my equal. I welcome the attention. But that has to wait. For now, I accept your terms, Terry. I want to become one of your pack.”
“Great, but first thing’s first. How did you know my name?”
“I heard one of your Lycan’s use it at the police station.”
“Oh, ok. Then you’re in.” I selected yes in the still open window.
A quick check showed the wolf skill tree was once more open. So were the abilities I gained from having werewolves as Tua. That came as a relief. I half expected to be permanently cut off from skills learned through having Tua.
“That’s done so…” My breath caught in my throat stopping my words. Pain burned in my chest above my heart. The pain burned and a bright line of fire seared a new circle on my chest. The light became blinding, and I fell back trying to get away. In the blink of an eye it was over. Looking down, I saw a circle that was still orange like a dying ember. As I watched it cooled to black. In the circle were many wolf heads howling like the original wolf mark.
“Are… are you all right?” Andrea asked.
“It’s done.”
I released Andrea from my mind space and followed her out.
“That was… that was really weird,” Andrea said.
“Yeah? Well, you should shift and see just how much weirder it gets.”
“I don’t know about that,” she said. “This is expensive designer.” She waved her hand up and down directing my attention to her tight jeans and long sleeve blouse. Even her high-heeled shoes looked expensive.
“Trust me on this, all you have to do is take your shoes off. The rest will be fine.” Her response was to cross her arms over her chest and eye my with skepticism. “You came to me, remember.”
“Fine.” She reached down lifting one leg at a time removing her shoes. She held them out to me and I took them. “This better not be some sort of joke. I don’t think it will be funny if it was.”
“No joke. I am only asking you to trust me as much as I have decided to trust you.”
She shifted.
The woman took on the same shape I had seen Miranda take with one exception. Andrea’s fur was all black as opposed to the blond color of Miranda’s. She looked just as amazing as my first wolf Tua though.
While the newest member of my pack looked down at herself I smiled. From the expression on her face, she was having a hard time believing what she was seeing. “What is this?” She asked while still checking herself out.
“That is the magic of the bond we share. You’ll find that you are stronger and faster than you were. Also, I can borrow some of your power to make myself stronger, or send you some of mine to make you stronger. I don’t know about this whole pack thing you have going on though that one is new to me.”
“What do you mean?” She looked up at me for the first time since transforming.
I took a few minutes to explain about her still being the alpha of her pack and somehow still being a Tua in my pack. Through it all, her eyes grew wider with amazement until she reminded me of the cat from Shrek when he did his cuteness attack.
“So what do we do now?” Andrea asked.
“Well, we just finished getting… oh shit. Fuck!” I shouted.
“What is it?” Roo asked sounding worried.
“I forgot all about the other bracelet. I have no idea what happened to it.” I said as I paced back and forth running my fingers through my hair.
“Oh, no!” Riley’s voice came from above us. She dropped to the ground in front of me in her Drop Bear form. She held up her index finger to me and bounced back to the minivan. After a second of rooting around in the passenger side door she returned holding the bracelet out.
“I’m sorry,” Roo said. “In all the excitement I forgot about it. Please don’t be angry with us.” Her gaze drifted down to the ground and her body trembled.
I took the bracelet from Riley but my eyes remained locked on Roo. It was unusual to see the usually strong woman look so shaken. What would the penalty be for failure if my father was around? Considering his insistence I use the ring I thought it might not be something I wanted an answer to.
“It’s all right, Roo. I’m not mad at you. I should have remembered the bracelet sooner. I’m as much to blame as anyone.”
“Truly, you’re not mad?” She looked up at me with glistening eyes.
“Really, not mad at all.”
“Okay.” Andrea drew the word out making me look to her and wonder what she must think of me.
“Riley and Roo here, are not members of my pack. They belong to my father’s pack. He is also a Tuatha,” I said. From the corner of my eye, I caught Roo and Riley sharing a look of concern at my words. There was something going on they couldn’t, or wouldn’t talk about.
“Terry,” Amy intruded on my thoughts. “There are a large number of motorcycles heading this way.”
“We need to move,” I said. “Amy says there are motorcycles coming.”
“First thing, those are my pack,” Andrea said. “Second, who is Amy?”
“There isn’t time to explain right now. We need to get moving.” I turned to look at Roo. “She is moving farther away. We need to catch up.”
“Who is moving?” Andrea asked.
Before I could answer the angry roar of motorcycles drowned out all other sound. The bikes surrounded us coming to a stop with dozens of headlights illuminating us and the minivan. Andrea ran her finger across her throat and the bikes were shut off.
“This is my pack, our pack.”
Looking around, I saw an odd collection of men and women of all races. In a heartbeat my pack grew exponentially. It was awe-inspiring and frightening at the same time. I was now responsible for far too many people.
“Would you ride with me so we can talk?” Andrea asked.
“Yeah, that’s a good idea. That way I can fill you in on where we are going and you can give me the skinny on your pack.”
“It’s settled then,” Andrea said.
“I don’t know about this,” Roo said with concern once again plain on her face. “If you’re in another vehicle, we can’t protect you.”
“Yeah, that’s not good,” Riley added. “We have a job to do and we can’t do it if you go away.” Concern etched Riley’s usually joyful face.
“We’ll be right behind you,” I said. “Andrea is Tua now. I can feel her intentions and I trust her. You two should know that better than anyone.”
They both looked at each other sharing the same look from before. There was something they were hiding, and I was sure of it now. Who exactly was it I couldn’t trust?
“Yeah, you’re, of course,” Roo said. It came as no surprise she was the one to talk. Riley seemed to differ to Roo when it came to keeping their little secret.
“Good, then it’s settled. Everyone mount up, we ride.”
Excitement rushed through my veins at the thought of riding in the American sports car. It was something I would have loved to own, but seemed like nothing more than a pipe dream. Even now it seemed out of reach even though I was sure Miranda would buy me one if I asked. It was something I would never ask of her.
Before opening the passenger door I spoke quickly so Amy would hear me. “Roo and Riley are hiding something. Keep an eye on them for me.” The affirmat
ive came back as I lowered myself into the car.
“You say something?” Andrea asked.
“Nope, just talking to myself.”
Her eyes narrowed. “No, you were talking to the drone hovering over us.”
I almost forgot that Tua had easy access to my thoughts. Time to teach Andrea another facet of our connection. “You are correct. Sorry about trying to keep it from you.” I thought to my newest Tua.
Andrea’s eyes widened. “You spoke without moving your mouth.”
“And you can do the same.” I sent keeping my communications to her mental so she would catch on.
“I can do it too?”
“Yes, just like that.”
“This is trippy. Not sure if I like it or not.”
“Well, Andrea, how about we talk like this for a while to see if it grows on you? If not, we can just do this for emergency situations.” I thought to her.
The engine roared to life soon followed by the loud motors of the bikes. The car vibrated with the potential energy of the powerful v8. My excitement level spiked and Andrea smiled feeling what I felt. The attractive woman moved from hot to down right sexy as fuck when she put the car into gear and spun out before rocketing us forward.
I whooped with delight as the immense horsepower threw me back against my seat and held me there. A glance at the speedometer showed us hitting one hundred miles per hour and still speeding up. We continued for about a quarter of a mile and came to a quick stop. Andrea spun us around and took off once more. We stopped in front of the gas station and spun to face the direction we had to go to catch Dragon.
The thought of my wayward Tua stole the joy from the moment. How could I be having fun while Dragon and Cassie were out there alone?
“Are you all right?” Andrea asked with a worried tone.
“Sorry, just thinking of my lost Tua. We have to go find her.”
Chapter 20
We drove through the night crossing a couple state lines. We stopped just outside of Amarillo Texas to fill up. The bikes and minivan all drove into the parking lot behind us with the van parking at the same pump as us on the opposite side.
“Any idea how much farther?” Roo asked as she approached.
“Not entirely,” I replied. “She stopped moving soon after we met up with Andrea and the gang. We’re getting close now. I think she might be here in Amarillo.”
“Good. We can get this over with and get back to your compound.” Roo turned and went about filling up the tank of the minivan.
Andrea set the pump to fill the tank on the Vette and went inside the convenience store. I stayed by the car watching all the people now connected to me.
Bikers stood by their machines engrossed in conversations. They didn’t look like the stereotypical gang. They dressed in all manner of styles, including an older-looking guy dressed like Mr. Rogers. Collectively, they were a rainbow of skin and hair colors. I wondered if I could think of them as a biker gang. They were a pack of werewolves that rode motorcycles.
“So you’re him, huh?” A tall dark-skinned guy with a shaved head and a thin goatee asked me.
“I guess so,” I replied.
“You as special as Boss Lady says you are?”
“I don’t know about that. I’m just me,” I replied.
“Don’t let him fool you, Dris. Terry is definitely something special.” Andrea walked back to the car from the convenience store. “Wait till you see me transformed.” She stopped walking, and a puzzled look came over her. “Will they look like I did?” She pointed at her pack.
“That I don’t know. Having an alpha of a pack as a Tua is new. We will have to test it out.”
“Which we can’t do here during broad daylight,” Andrea said. “So mount up?” She raised her arm with her index finger pointing up and made a circle above her head as she shouted.
The gas station came alive with motion. Roo and Riley jumped on the back of a couple of bikes while the rest of the pack mounted up. I looked at Roo, waving to get her attention. When she looked over, I pointed to the minivan and gave her an exaggerated shrug. The kangaroo Lycan mouthed what looked like the word, Stolen. She laughed as my eyes went wide.
A set of keys were dangled in front of me. “You want to drive?” Andrea asked me.
“Really?” I felt like a kid on Christmas morning.
“Really. You know where we are going so you might as well.”
Treating the keys with all the reverence they deserved I plucked them from Andrea’s hand and held them carefully in my palm. Not wanting to disturb the keys, I slowly walked to the driver’s door and climbed in. The engine roared to life with the promise of speed. One of my many part-time jobs had been at a car wash where I learned how to drive a stick shift. A skill that would pay off now as I slid the stick into first gear. Looking around, I saw everyone looking at the mighty Vette waiting for us to go.
Creeping, I took it easy until we were out of the parking lot. Once we hit the interstate, I punched it. The G-forces kept me pressed against the seat as I cycled through gears. Adrenalin raced through my veins and the Vette hit one hundred and fifty miles per hour. Andrea whooped and laughed yelling for me to get some. I joined her laughing and whooping.
The motorcycles getting smaller and smaller in the rear-view mirror caused me to slow down. Our speed dropped to sixty ten under the limit allowing the bikes to catch up quickly. Then I leveled us out at eighty and the bikes kept pace with no issues.
“So you like, Sasha?”
“Sasha?” I asked.
“The car.”
“Your car is a she? I thought for sure you would give it a male name.”
“Nah, Sasha is way too sexy to be a guy. Too many curves and too much power. Nope, she is definitely not a guy.”
“I won’t argue with that,” I replied.
Then I felt a warm hand on my thigh. It slid up toward my crotch sending a rush of excitement through me.
“Would you argue with this?” Andrea asked.
“No, no I would not,” I replied.
My new and mysterious Tua reached up to my crotch and rubbed my length through my jeans. Once I rose to the occasion, she unfastened my pants and pulled me free. Her soft, warm hand stroked my length slowly eliciting a moan from me. Then she released her seatbelt and leaned over.
A wet tongue teased the tip before she took me into her mouth. With only the use of her mouth and tongue, she moved up and down covering my shaft in slick saliva. The sensation was amazing. She kept at it for miles. Tension built in my testicles and I knew I wouldn’t last long. Andrea must have picked up on it because she released me and licked my shaft leaving my head alone for a few minutes. Then she returned to sucking all of me.
To keep us on the road, I had to divide my attention which resulted in me driving with my eyes half closed and moaning the entire time.
Suddenly, she changed her tempo moving up and down swiftly while sucking much harder. Something I hadn’t thought possible happened, I grew harder. Her movements were like a Mortal Kombat finishing move ending me soon after she picked up her pace. Andrea wrapped her hand around the base of my shaft and moved it up and down in time with her head bobs. It felt like she was sucking me off from both ends and increased my pleasure while destroying my ability to hold out. I exploded into her mouth. My body shuddered from the intensity of the orgasm. The wheel in my hand moved from side to side causing the rear of the car to shimmy. While she sucked every drop from me, Andrea moaned loudly making the experience that much sexier. My arousal peaked at hearing her and I felt the intensity of my orgasm spike at the end.
I collapsed into the seat feeling deflated. Andrea gave my head a tender kiss before putting me back in my jeans. She raised her torso and kissed me full on the lips for just a second, then she leaned back and fastened her seat belt.
“That was amazing,” I said.
Andrea chuckled. “I’m glad you liked it. Promise me I will get mine soon?” She asked with a little more app
rehension than I expected to hear from a hard ass alpha.
“Andrea, I promise to do everything in my power to fuck you right as soon as the opportunity arises.”
“What more could a girl ask for?” She purred.
“I have a feeling you could ask for a lot more,” I chuckled. After letting the moment pass I changed my tone to take on a series edge. “Andrea, I don’t know what you are expecting of me as your Alpha. From what I’ve seen and heard, most are self-centered dicks. I don’t want to be that guy. I’ll treat you with all the respect you deserve and probably lean on you for advice on how to manage all of this. I’m willing to bet you have far more experience at this than I do.”
“Thank you, Terry. I needed to hear that. I felt it from you, but something about hearing the words makes it feel more real. Can I ask you how long you have had your pack?”
“less than a week. Actually, I didn’t even know I was a Lycan until I became the leader of my pack. And I use the term leader loosely. So far, it has been more like a partnership. I don’t know if I really could lead on my own.”
“I have a feeling that you do better than you think. I know Miranda wouldn’t follow you if you couldn’t,” Andrea said.
“You know Miranda?” I asked, surprised.
“We’ve met a couple times. She seems like a woman that doesn’t waste time with people who aren’t capable. I’m not surprised she left Arnold, as he is a major dick. I’m just surprised she stuck with his pack as long as she had.”
“How did you become pack leader?” I asked.
“Simple. Our alpha was a typical dick. I raised one too many objections, and he asked if I wanted to take over. I was about to back down, but something in me shouted to fight. It was strange, like a voice from somewhere else interrupted my instincts to give in when the alpha was flexing his muscle. Turns out the voice was right. We shifted and fought. I won. The pack has been loyal ever since.”
“What happened to the old alpha? I don’t see a guy like you describe being happy bending the knee after having been in charge.”
“He wouldn’t quit. I had to kill him to win and to live. You are right, he would never have agreed. Death was a far better option in his eyes. I saw it when we were fighting. He realized that he couldn’t win, but kept going, forcing my hand.” She looked down at her hands with a look of disgust. Through I link I felt the pain there and figured she was probably still seeing the blood of her old alpha staining her hands.
